Cellulite or “orange-peel” skin

Cellulite or “orange-peel” skin appears predominantly in females, due to a different structure of the fat cell chambers. Although a calorie restricted diet and an exercise regime is effective in achieving a total weight loss there is often a less immediate influence on the fatty content of the subcutaneous tissue and the superficial appearance of the skin.
