In the Galilean tradition hydrosols, also known as “the soul of flowers” or “sacred waters” are produced by distilling fresh leaves, fruits, flowers, and other plant materials from Rosemary, Sage, Roses, Lavender, olives and more.
Each drop of aromatic tonic contains the essence of the entire plant in its balanced form lending it properties that are similar to those of essential oils. These aromatic waters contain water-soluble ingredients, the etheric oil molecules and the intra-cellular liquid found in leaves and flowers.
